Please remember to remove all grass clippings and yard waste when completed with your yard. Please try not to leave it on the streets and sidewalks....Over time, it will block the sewage drains and cause flooding!
Also, please curb your beautiful pets when walking them. Lastly, please return all Walmart shopping carts to the Walmart parking lot.

These little tips help to keep our development quite appealing!!

Thanks very much, Newell's Creek neighbors!

Delinquency Letters

The Newell’s Creek Homeowner’s Association Board is making an active effort to collect on delinquent debt that is owed to the Newell’s Creek Homeowner’s Association.  Our efforts are based on the best interest of all Newell’s Creek residents.  Here’s a copy of the current delinquent letter being sent to delinquent homeowners.

Adding  a deck, fence, or shed to your home?

Before you build a deck, install a fence, add a shed, or otherwise permanently change the outward appearance of your home, you must first obtain approval from the Newell's Creek Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  Follow this simple process to help retain our property values and keep our neighborhood beautiful:

1.  Review the deed restrictions to verify your plans are in compliance.
2.  Download and complete the
ARC form.
3.  Submit your completed form to
BC Communities via mail or fax.

That's it!  You will receive a response within a few days.
